Life Extension Tip: When you read an article about a study that says eating one cup of Tibetan Burbleberries a day will lengthen your life, limit yourself to only 1/2 cup of Burbleberries a day. That way, when the next study comes along and says that eating Burbleberries will actually shorten your life by ten years, you will live five years longer than everyone who only read the first article.
